I found the buying experience in the store amazing. Info available, no pressure. Like the separate rooms set up so you can spend as much time as needed to test the beds. Ordering easy. I had a tight delivery schedule and it was no problem to customize that. So far, love the bed!

It couldn't be a more comfortable bed. If there was an 11 I would choose that. My problem is my dogs. They love it as much as we do. They won't get out of bed in the morning. LOL!

From my first phone contact and info on the web site to the delivery and set up they are fantastic! The mattress is extremely comfortable and I sleep better than ever!
