This is the fifth Tuft & Needle mattress we have purchased. Giving our mattress only a 4 star rating because the first mattress we received was majorly defective. It was extremely soft and squishy and collapsed when you sat or laid on it. If felt more like a half deflated air mattress than the standard Tuft & Needle that our family loves.
Thankfully Customer Service was great and worked with us to get a new mattress. The replacement was perfect.

Just not comfortable to me. It is very firm and I toss and turn all night. Pros are that it doesn't smell weird, it inflated very quickly after being unpacked and we were able to sleep on it that night. It has since gotten the tiniest bit softer and bigger. An issue for me as well is that it doesn't do a great job with temperature regulation and I still am overheating often.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
