The whole process from A to Z was super simple. Easy to get up a 4-story walk up in NYC with one other person. Once I had my bed setup, I unraveled the mattress per the clear and concise instructions and poof! It was there! It's been really comfortable sleeping on for the first 2 weeks.

It is the most comfortable bed. I have always tossed and turn all night not able to get comfortable. From the frist night on my new Tuft & Needle mattress. I slept comfortably. I would recommend Tuft & Needle to everyone. I love my new bed.

Can't sit on side of bed without slipping off. Turned out it is a little more firing than I expected. I wouldn't consider returning as it is similar to what I would buy in a regular store. And maybe cheaper.
