Price
Speed of delivery
Ease of set up
Comfort
Your website is amazing. Love your story, transparency, policy of donating mattress if customer isn't satisfied. That made my decision easy.
Will be purchasing 3 twins in near future. Thank you- you're running a great business.

The jury is still out... It's okay when I sleep on my back - but NOT on my side!

So far, so good. The best thing about the comfort is that it is uniform over the whole torso. I have often had problems with shoulder soreness with other mattresses. None so far with the Tuft and Needle.

It has been about three weeks since I put the Tuft&Needle mattress on my guest bed. My nice has been sleeping on it and she told me today she has no complaints. She really likes this new mattress! I have lain on it a few times to test it and like it as well. I'm sure some of the others are nice as well but why pay more?

Seems somewhat firm at this early point in the use, might get a foam topper to soften things up a bit. Service, delivery, price and lack of odor upon unsealing was all perfect.
