Spongy and sags way too much on sides and ends. More lower and mid back aches since sleeping on it

It's not as comfortable as I thought it would be. My wife says it's just "OK". Maybe after we get used to it, it will be better. It's a little firm. We had a pillow top mattress before this one.

I love the bed! I am normally a back sleeper, but I find I am able to sleep in any position now. Back, stomach, side, it doesn't matter; they are all comfortable. I can get up, after a nights sleep, put my feet on the floor and stand up right away and start walking. No aches, pains or pops in my joints.
