It's simple why I said 10 . . . First of all, it's comfortable. No matter position I/we choose, it's comfortable. If I'm comfortable, I sleep better, and I do. Not too soft, to swallow you up and not too firm to make you feel like your camping out. I stay in quite a few hotels in my travels, so I know the difference. Also, I do not notice it being hot as some foam mattresses are. I'm 64 y/o, 160 lbs and this mattress works! Easy set up and a very fair price. Also, I received this mattress delivered to my door in less than 48 hours. Love it!

It is probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. It is difficult to describe how the mattress allows my body to sink into its surface and at the same time, supports my body..
Amazingly comfortable rest. You have to experience it to appreciate it.

The mattress is very supportive. I like the fact that I sleep on it rather than sinking into it. I'm a petite side sleeper so I'm trying to decide if it is too firm for me. The ordering process was great and the mattress was delivered in less than 24 hours!
