Friends who are T&N Original owners are shocked, as was I, to find it's much firmer than expected. Advertising does not make plain this model is firmer than Mint. I'll try it out a while longer and see how it goes. I understand T&N has unparalleled service so I'm sure they'll make it right in any case.

Got the mattress to fix up our guest room. It arrived when expected and then sat in the box for a bit longer while everything else came together. Followed the directions to get it on the bed and then unwrap it and "poof" - it immediately expanded to what looked to be its full size. We let it do its thing for a few more hours, then my daughter (first visitor) slept on it later that night. She said it was very comfortable. Asked my second set of guests, and they said the same thing. So far, so good. And with the guarantee if I find out there is an issue, I know who to contact. Oh, and an added bonus, in my state (CA) I could arranged to get my old mattress removed for free! Definitely took advantage of that too!

We had this bed for 3 year me and it still feels like the first week. I can’t wait to go to bed everynught I think about my bed LOL and my pillow oh do t get me started. The worst part is is trying to get out of bed like everyone talks about is ture I don’t to get up.

This bed sleeps like a DREAM! I have back issues and this was the perfect solution to find something comfortable and supportive. Plus, when it felt a little firm at first, I contacted customer service and they sent me a mattress topper for free. Excellent customer service!

The mattress was comfortable but the chemical odor was unbearable even after I let it air out for five days. I couldnt handle it and had to give it away. I had a headache and sore throat. I am very pleased with the pillows, they are comfortable
