An excellent bed. Edges are a bit soft, meaning less firmness. Also it molds to the body, and may have noticeable lump if rolling over. Otherwise, no complaints from the users.

When we had our night 1, I was not sure it was going to work for me. I couldn't sleep, it was so firm. Now, after having it for about 3 weeks it isn't bad and getting more comfortable. With that being said. I still would not call it plush, comfy, pillows and not a 5 on the scale of softness. I'm not sure what their requirements are to call it a 5 but I'd say more like a 7. I'm still hopeful it will soften up a bit more.

Super comfortable mattress! we were on the fence about a foam mattress, but it was the best option for our narrow-stairs and upper floor apartment. One critique is that the mattress is about 1 inch too wide for our queen size bed frame, it hangs over a little. Doesn't affect comfort or function, just annoying.
