Good info on web site. showroom experience was excellent. The out of box experience could have been a bit better with instructions. The bed is comfortable yet firm.

Fast, free delivery. Nicely packaged with handles in the box well placed for moving the package. Beautiful product. Easy to unpack.

great product; but not for everyone; some want a more traditional mattress with a slight crown and pillow top feel

This is a wonderful mattress and I am a Princess and the Pea. I had reservations about a mattress that arrives in a box, delivered by a fox. I tried one of the other leading brands, and didn't keep it on my hands. I sent it back, it was like sleeping on a rack!
I'm glad I decided to try
A Tuft and Needle.
Into a deep sleep did I glide
And now I own not one but two!
