Over all experience was great from ordering to setup. The only problem is getting use to the10 inch mattress compared to the 14 inch we had. The comfort is equal to or better then we had which we are still trying to evaluate.

Initially we were skeptical, and it took time to adjust to the mattress, but now that we have been on it for a few weeks we are in love! We sleep soundly all night, wake refreshed, and no more aches/pains. Completely worth the purchase!

So far.... my daughter wakes up without bad pain in her back. I'm going to keep this mattress for the trial period & hope things continue to be great for her & our visitors on this mattress. Easy to set up, not a heavy mattress to lift either!!

I think the mattress can't be beat for the price we purchased it at. I understand it will now be $150 more and, at that price, may not have purchased it.
