Nice at first but after 3 years we are left disappointed

Pros: affordable and convenient
Cons: hot. The material seems to absorb and radiate body heat. Not ideal for sleep. After 3 years the mattress has sagged and not very supportive. I have never had chronic back pain until sleeping on this mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shopping for a different mattress after a year of T&N

We bought this about a year ago, and I wasn't very thrilled with it from the get-go - but covid had hit right after our purchase and we weren't in a place where we felt safe exchanging it and buying a new one.
So it's very firm! I am a petite person, and have had a problem with foam not breaking in for me... this one never broke in on my side. I am not a hot person, and this bed sleeps hot for me! I often have a hard time figuring out sheets and blankets in the middle of the night, because I'm hot... but I'm sweating so I'll be cold soon. I toss and turn a LOT and wake up with aches and pains. I'm pregnant now and it's even worse, because I really only can sleep on my side. I have gotten worse sleep in the past year, and I do blame the mattress for part of it.
It doesn't really conform to my body but I know it's capable of that because my husband seems to sink right in. It broke in fine for him and he's used to sleeping hot, though he'd like it to be cooler. That being said he'll also fall asleep just fine on a hardwood floor so, take his view with a grain of salt.

I don't think this is a good choice for cool-running petite people (115 lbs, 5'1).
I dislike this mattress and even more so, I dislike that I'm shopping for a different mattress a year after purchasing.

Great for my shoulder injury!!

I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for about 2 weeks. I have a shoulder injury that causes chronic neck and shoulder pain, and this mattress contours perfectly and doesn’t contribute to the pain at all. It’s been a lifesaver, and I couldn’t be happier with the mattress or the company!
It’s a true medium-soft and I find it comfortable. I usually gravitate to softer beds, but this is perfect.

Mattress has been comfortable, cool, and supportive for this side sleeper. The ends (top and bottom) of the mattress could be straighter--the ones on mine are a bit slanted. Otherwise, seems to be a good value.
