fast delivery, easy set up, bed is just what I wanted...firm but not too firm, but much better than some other memory foam beds i have slept in. Plus...the cost!

Because for most cases it's great. I think sometimes box Springs are nice especially in an existing situation where the bed is the right height off the floor

The buying process was super simple & we are assured that the 90-night warranty would be respected if needed. But buying a mattress is a personal decision, so I'd probably only refer people who are already interested in foam mattresses.

The bed is great so far but it is pricey, so I would recommend it to those with the means but not to everyone I know.

I'm still in the first few nights of sleeping on the mattress, but so far it has been a remedy for my back pain issues. I still am experiencing some pain throughout the day, so I would like to wait a few more weeks to see how my body fully adjusts to the mattress to give the mattress a 10 rating. I have a feeling that my pain will decrease the more I sleep on it.

My daughter seems to really like the mattress. How it holds up over time will affect whether that number goes up or down.
