The process of ordering was great. The mattress did not have an odor-that was great. The price was great. My low score is only because the mattress is too firm and is hurting my back-even after 3 weeks now. We will likely send it back. But if you like a firm mattress you will like this.

Opened up easily.
Extremely comfortable mattress.
