I have personally purchased 3 of your mattresses. My son has also purchased one, and his friend has purchased one. This is the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. My prior mattress caused me continued back pain. With this mattress I feel good, sleep better and I tell everyone I know.

The bed was slightly larger than the bed frame we currently have, which is annoying.

We love our new mattress. The firmness is just right, and my husband's back pain has significantly reduced.

The whole process was simple and efficient, from browsing and ordering online to the shipping and unpacking of the mattress. I haven't had the mattress for very long (about 3 weeks), but so far it's very comfortable. It's both firm, for support, and soft, for comfort. I have definitely been sleeping better on my T&N than I was on the one it replaced.
