So far it's everything promised

I recently replaced my ancient tradition mattress with a queen original TN, and I am very pleased so far. After about a week of sleeping on it and letting my body adjust, my back pain is virtually gone. Also, I'm a hot sleeper but this mattress doesn't seem to retain the kind of furnace-like heat my old one did--I used to wake up in a sweat about once a week and it simply hasn't happened yet while sleeping on this mattress. For reference, I'm 5'7", approx 160 lbs, and a combo side and back sleeper. It has the perfect firmness to support my back without squishing my shoulders when I'm on my side. Shipping was fast and although the box showed up looking a little dilapidated the mattress inside was well protected by multiple layers of plastic. It unrolled quickly and was comfortable enough to sleep on almost immediately (but I had also moved that day so I was exhausted and would have gladly slept on the floor).

Nothing beats the comfort of my Tuft & Needle mattress! And you'd never know that I've had mine for 6 years now; it's just as good as the day it arrived. If T&N wants to design a sofa bed next so that I can take care of my guests, that would be fabulous . . .

Loved it for the first year only

I bought this mattress in 2019 - was looking for something affordable and also comfortable. At first it was super firm and I loved the support, but every year it has lost support and now I wake up with a back ache every morning and sometimes during the night.
I am a healthy, active, 30 year old woman who is 5’8” and weighs 135 lbs - I am a back and side sleeper. I have never had back pain when sleeping before this mattress or with any other mattress.
Anyway - I wish I had spent a little bit more $$ and made a more sustainable investment. I was not expecting having to buy a new mattress in 4 years. I’m very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Words Cannot Describe How Satisfied I Am

I ordered essentially an entire bed set a little over three months ago and everything has been perfect, except for the fitting of the duvet insert and the duvet cover. I was constantly having issues with excess cover for the duvet, and I found out today that I actually ordered the wrong size insert. I called at 8 PM EST and within 10 minutes we had an order placed for the proper size insert and instructions on what to do with the previous insert. It's hard to express in words how incredible this customer service experience was, in addition to the excellent quality of the products themselves.

Foam leaks toxic gases

Unfortunately we didn't read fine print about the materials used for mattress. Artificial foam made up of noxious material and chemicals. Not natural. Breathing in chemicals 8 hours a day is NOT good for you. Should've researched it more

Great mattress for the first 5 months. I am 6 feet tall and 210 athletic build. This mattress was comfortable for 5 months then all of a sudden I have had back pain and sleepless nights for 2 months. Spinning the mattress didn’t help at all and this mattress cannot be flipped. I Don’t recommend it unless you are a small, petite person or a feather weight person. A mattress should last longer than this, I am an average sized man in perfect shape and never had a mattress do this. My last IKEA mattress lasted 7 years and cost one third the price. Will be returning it for the next level up and see how long that one lasts.

Still loving it after using for close to 7 years

My hubby and I bought this mattress a month after we got married about 7 years ago and we’re still loving it. My hubby is of average weight and sleeps on his stomach or side. I’m a bit on the leaner side at 5’8” and 130 lbs and usually sleep on my side. Whenever we travel to other places we miss our bed which is firm but still cozy.

We bought this mattress 6 months and we could not be happier with it! We didn’t realize we slept so poorly until we got this bed. It’s such a comfy mattress especially for the cost. Highly recommend to anyone!
