Outstanding Customer Service

Just outstanding Customer Service. I have been using this mattress for over 4 years now. It has always been comfortable to sleep on. However, few weeks prior, the mattress developed some piling underneath and a slight sag which created back issues for my family. When contacted the customer service, they provided an excellent support, inspected the mattress with close up photos and provided a replacement. I would say this type of commitment & customer service to honor 10-year warranty and make it so seamless, was just out of the world. Thank You so much T&F family. Keep up the great work of putting the customers first.

We are extremely happy with our king sized bed. My husband was amazed at how firm and comfortable it is. While I also sleep extremely well, I noticed that the edge is not as firm as the full mattress I used to sleep on. This is a minor inconvenience.

Our new mattress has matched our expectations for what a mattress ought to be. We replaced our first T&N mattress, the OG from way back when the company was just a fledgling start-up. The only difference is our new mattress is an extra 6 inches thicker, but it is still the perfect firmness and we never overheat. You don't feel your partner move at night unless he smacks you in the face "accidentally" and with that extra thickness, our sheets finally fit the mattress!
We couldn't be happier with a mattress... except for if maybe it sang us to sleep or something. Maybe you could work on that?

Invest in a better brand

I ordered the full or slept good the first few months then on side started slumping. I’m only 130lbs it’s poorly made product. so many mattress in box company I don’t think they’ve been in industry long enough to guarantee how long the mattress will really last.

Don’t waste your money

Bought a year ago hoping it would help my back! For the price I spent it’s not worth it! I wish I would have saved my money and bought something else! Most uncomfortable bed I’ve had!
