Our mattress seemed a little hard a first, but after a few days it was much more comfortable to lay on. Both my husband and I are sleeping great. I am a side sleeper, and my shoulder never hurts from laying on it, which would always happen with my old mattress. Order and delivery was easy and convenient - very satisfied customer.

Tuft and needle seemed to have a very confident stance on their product with the reviews to back it. We were expecting nothing short of an amazing bed and got just that. Very satisfied with the product

I was uncertain ..I mean ordering a mattress on line without trying it ...seriously. After talking with a representative I felt confident in my decision . Customer service was excellent, very professional, answered all my questions. Received my bed when promised,set up was easy. Still getting use to a memory form mattress,understand that may take a few weeks... Hope my T&N mattress will have a long, happy relationship.
