I am still not sure on the bed yet, planning to give it another week or so as a trial. The edges are soft so that tends to make things a bit uncomfortable for two people or sitting at the edge of the bed. Also, the main concern is that the bed is not a cool as I had imagined. I still wake up feeling hot. Finally, as far as comfort, the verdict is still out. My husband and I aren't sleeping through the night but we will see how we feel in a couple weeks. On a positive note, the shipping and setup process was breeze which was great!

Delivery was swift and I could sleep on my new bed within the week. I could manuever the box on my own and set-up was incredibly easy. I am always comfy on the bed no matter how I lay down and all of my sleeps have been the best ones yet. If I could offer any feedback at all, it would be to possibly find a way to use less plastic in your packaging.

It was highly rated by Consumer Reports, and had good specific ratings for our specific body types. It's been very comfortable for both of us.
One problem though. I haven't had this type of mattress before, and didn't realize it doesn't come with box springs. I guess I should have figured it out, seeing the way they are shipped, but I didn't. Does it mention this on your website?
