Process was super easy, bed arrived on time (and I knew it would because I had the tracking info), and it was everything I hoped it would be. No new bed stink!

Although the mattress came very quickly, it does take a while to adjust to the firmness level and I'm not sure everyone I know would be comfortable on one. Some mornings my back or shoulder are a bit stiff. That being said, I sleep SO well! My Fitbit basically says I don't move at all at night, so yay for a good night's sleep!

The bed is holding my back firmly. I will be ordering another
mattress within the month--I have twin beds and just ordered one to try it. I like it.
