The mattress is slightly harder than I would have hoped. I am planning on requesting the topper and hope that will do the trick.

Overall, great! We love it so far. However, I feel like the directions about let it air out and wait a few hours before putting sheets on should be included in the direction sheet. I got an email 7 hours after I got the mattress saying to let it air out, and by that point, it was too late.
Also, I think it would be a good idea to send little samples of the foam if people are on the fence.
