I bought this queen mattress 1.5 years ago and I'm still so in love with it. It's easy to vacuum and rotate, and has been great for my sleep/lounging habits. My sister bought an Avocado mattress at the same time I bought my T&N, but hers already has a big lump in the middle (less than 2 years old) and she's really dissatisfied with hers -- she now wants to buy a T&N seeing how great mine has been. The original mattress is great for someone who likes a slightly firmer bed that doesn't completely collapse around your body!

I was nervous about buying a mattress online but this worked out perfectly. This is the perfect mattress! It’s soft but not gushy, firm but not stiff. It is so, so comfortable and everyone who has laid on it has said so too! Very easy to unbox and set up, too.

This mattress is wonderful. I, unfortunately, received a defective mattress initially. Even after allowing 48+ hours for expansion, there was a visible dip along one edge of the mattress. I submitted a claim through customer service. The process was flawless, and they had a replacement shipped out to me within two days. Quality customer service goes a long way with me, and will keep me coming back to Tuft & Needle in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers!
