I am happy with the mattress as well as the website information, ordering, and delivery. I can't give a 10 because I have only slept on the mattress for a short time and I don't know if I will feel the same way as my body adjusts to it.

I chose Tuft and Needle because of a recommendation. Once I purchased my mattress it arrived in less than two days, was easy to set up and I've enjoyed sleeping on it so far. I've already recommended the mattress to others and also already had a friend order and receive their own tuft and Needle mattress.

I have Fibromyalgia and your mattress is soft and supportive on the tender spots of my body. I also have insomnia a lot and the mattress helps me get comfortable and stay asleep more often. We will be ordering a mattress for my husband as well. Thank you so much for your wonderful product.

I love this mattress! It's comfortable, just firm enough while also remaining soft enough that you feel great when laying on it. I've never slept so well!

The mattress is great for our backs and we sleep so much better..but have yet to see how it sleeps in summer months.I hope it isn't a sweaty sauna..but we shall see. Otherwise I am very pleased.

The mattress is a bit hotter than we imagined and we live in South Florida, so we might purchase a gel mat to put on top to see if that will make it cooler.
