The bed is sinking and I can not seem to get a good nights rest. Feels like a air mattress that is leaking air

I've only spent one night on it so far but it was comfortable and easy to unwrap. I have chatted with support a couple of times and they were very helpful.

Well so far it is not working out for him. He is going to give it a little more time before he desides if he is going to return it.
