The bed arrived quickly and the packaging made it easy to transport. Getting it out of the packaging and setup took all of two minutes max. It's extremely comfortable and I love it.

If they want a very firm mattress, I would highly recommend. I would give it 10 stars, but I do find it a bit firm than what I wanted. I'm considering a mattress topper...
