Delivery right to your door, comfortable, no need for a box spring. You stand behind your brand. I don't have an issue with my mattress but if I did, I'm confident it will be resolved.

I think everyone should try one, they will find that they should have done this a long time ago, they could have been sleeping in dream land instead of toss and turn land. Thanks to everyone at Tuft & Needle

Ordering, delivery, and setup processes were wonderful. I like a medium-to-firm mattress, but this mattress made my hip pressure points to painful to get a good night's sleep on it.

The mattress was more on the soft side. I like the option to purchase a firm mattress. It is also not as thick as I'd expected. It's an easy and convenient way to buy a mattress though.

at this point that would be my assessment (i have had the mattress for 2+ weeks). I am a big guy (300+lbs) and I am still not sure it gives me any more support than i had with my inner-spring mattress. I does seem more comfortable as i get more used to it. So it would be better to ask this question again in a month or so.

I chose 10 because our son, who we purchased the mattress for, says that he likes it and that he is sleeping well.

I have only had my mattress for a week, but so far I really like it. The delivery was quick, the set up was quick and easy, and my aching bones love it.
