It was super easy to order the bed on line. The bed came a couple days later. I liked the bed the first night, my wife took about three nights to like it. Feels great, a slightly different feel than a conventional spring mattress, we are sleeping great. We both are waking up more rested and pain free or near. Very Happy

Very good experience from speaking on the phone when ordering, timeliness of shipping, ease of unpacking my matress and the satisfaction with the comfort of the two mattresses that I ordered for myself and guests

My son bought one last year and likes it. We just received ours 2 weeks ago and it sleeps very warm. Ok for winter but not sure in warmer weather.

I love it! I was skeptical about whether it would be firm enough for me, but it is perfect. There was no adjustment time - I slept like a baby the first night. I am a 64 year old widow and was able to set the bed up on my old box springs in about 20 minutes.
