So far so good on this new mattress. I have a queen size for 1 person-feeling good about my purchase so far and the price, warranty and free trial made it a no brainer on trying it out. The simplicity of entire transaction made a huge impact.

Ordering and delivery were smooth! I received the mattress within a few days. I appreciated all the email updates. Unboxing was easy and helpful with directions from Tuft & Needle. The price point, reviews, and quality was great compared to competitors. The mattress is so comfortable that I'm able to sleep quickly without much tossing and turning. 10/10!!

I have not slept on it yet! Otherwise, the web site, delivery, instructions and price were all very convincing.
It smelled wonderful when I opened the plastic. I had been warned the it would stink for a couple of days, but it didn't!
