The mattress advertised as firm, but it is more on the softer side. We are still experimenting with it, but there is a chance that it will be returned.

Have had the bed for a little over a week. I like it so far but would not give it a 10 until I know how well it will hold up over time!!!

This mattress has been a game changer! Before purchasing the mattress I was losing sleep and restless with aches and pains for 2-3 hours each night. Now I am pain free and restless for less than 5 minutes with 8 hours of sleep in Seattle.

After owning my bed for over six months, I just love it all the more. It is just the right combination of soft and firm. I just ordered one for my daughter, and she is very happy.
