It is on a guest room bed. I did sleep on it one night and found it comfortable, although I am not really picky about firmness/softness of mattresses. I found it a bit difficult at first cutting off the plastic wrappings, but the whole process was the only way I could have “installed” a new mattress by myself. I’m 77 years old and needed no help, although I didn’t have to get the box up any stairway.

It’s took me a couple of days to get use to, but I really like my T&N bed! It’s so comfortable.

Process was smooth, delivery was prompt...might be a 10, but only had a couple weeks to sleep on it...so far, so good
