I love this mattress. It's the first brand new mattress I've ever owned. My sleep is better and it's just soft enough that it doesn't wake me by pressure on my hips or shoulders. Smooth and lump free. Super fast delivery. Why did I wait so long?

The mattress was a no brainer, thousands of really good reviews, the bad reviews lacked substance (for the most part), 100 night trial with all returned mattresses going to charity, and relatively inexpensive. We had zero adjustment time to the mattress with both of us liking it from the start. This was surprising as I prefer a softer feel than my partner with the bad back. We waited far too long to buy a new mattress as I was getting back pain and my partner was tossing and turning from sore hips. No more back pain or sore hips and we sleep through the night (provided our animals don't wake us up). We're very happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the mattress or the company to anyone.

The mattress sleeps too warm, and soft layer is not thick enough so I can really feel the hardness of the base layer.
