Because it is an average bed. Nothing special about it like I expected.

The buying process was easy, the price is reasonable, set up was a breeze, and so far the mattress is very comfortable.

The customer experience is fantastic. Nothing is overlooked and there is an answer to pretty much everything on the website. The bed is slightly firmer than I would prefer but I am still enjoying it and it is a major upgrade from what I previously had.
