The company itself is very congenial and the mattress is quite comfortable. However, once the mattress is out of the bag, it is quite difficult for one person to move.

Delivery was prompt and mattress seems to be of superior quality. Sleeps comfortably. Very pleased one week in.
Though I would like to see co-owner sweat a little more in the unboxing video! Lol
