Seems somewhat firm at this early point in the use, might get a foam topper to soften things up a bit. Service, delivery, price and lack of odor upon unsealing was all perfect.

I tried several other ways to help my back and hips. The Tuft and Needle mattress was the only thing that worked. My Chiropractor highly recommended it, which was the selling point for me for sure! I tried it, I really like it and it has helped with my pain, which has been bothering me since January of this year.
