A very good mattress, great deal, ease of delivery, great guarantee. People seem very particular about mattresses, so the less than 10 rating is because some seem to be looking for relief that may not come from this type of mattress

Great people that work there. As a former security officer i got to know many of the people and they are all very positive and very friendly and i think part of the reason is the owners are very good to their employees and one last thing is that the mattress sleeps cooler than other mattresses

I have diabetes and cancer with problems going to sleep each night. My sister-in-law purchased a T&N mattress and is very happy with hers. We laid on her bed and thought maybe this would help me to get some sleep. We have had ours about a month now and are very happy with it and the sleep I now get each night. Thank you Tuft&Needle for a very comfortable bed.

I want to put 10, because it was all so easy, from purchasing it to unboxing it!
but my husband is waking up with back pain right now and he wasn’t before! Im hoping it will go away after we’ve had the mattress longer, and if so- I’ll recommend it to every person I see even random people on the street. Fingers crossed!
