Easy to unpack and no weird odors. Slept on it right away and my lower back problems are slowly fading away.

Amazing product! Great price, and fast shipping. Only thing I see could use improvement is the store locations should start carrying a few of each mattresses in stock.

Because I love my mattress. We downsized and have been sleeping on guest bed until new house was ready and we ordered new Tuft & Needle immediately and my aches and pains mostly disappeared right away. We are ordering a new mattress for the guest room now!

I have several family members that have a Tuft and Needle mattress. They all love it. I like mine too. After 2 nights of sleeping on my new mattress I've stopped having neck issues. Also, my legs feel supported.
