The order and delivery process was painless, I was able to get the mattress same day which was awesome. Have been sleeping better and waking up with less pain since the first night of use.

We have had the mattress for 2 weeks and it still has a peculiar odor. We aired it out for three days before putting in my daughter's room. I regret not airing it out outside for a week or more. At first it made me sneeze. Now it's just a noticeable smell. My daughter says it's very comfortable.

The mattress is a lot softer than the reviews led me to believe. Also, my wife is still sleeping as hot as she did on our other bed and the sides of mattress are super soft with no support.I really regret that we will probably have to return it.

I have had a mattress for almost a year now, and recently purchased new mattresses for my two children. I feel that Tuft & Needle is a quality product at a reasonable price.
