Overall, our experience in ordering, receiving, setting up and sleeping on the T&N mattress has been good. At first, I'm not gonna lie, I woke up feeling sore and stiff. After 2 weeks, I think I've adjusted to the mattress. It is still firmer than I would prefer but because the price is reasonable and the process for ordering and setting up was easy, I would definitely recommend. I don't see this breaking down like my last innerspring mattress did. The box was a little beat-up when I received it and the mattress basically fell out of the bottom, but since it was double-wrapped in plastic, I didn't mind.

Having tried the iComfort mattress, I have to admit that the Tuft & Needle provided better comfort and support. I have no complaints and have to agree with the statement as described on the website what this mattress truly brings. We love our Tuft & Needle Mattress!

I bought the twin mattress for my grandson who is visiting over Christmas and my daughter has already owns a queen size for 3 years and is very pleased with it so that is why I gave it a 10 - proof from someone who has used T&L for years.
