The quality is surprisingly good but even after the research I did prior to purchase the mattress was firmer than I expected. It took 2 weeks to get used to it and my first couple nights of sleep were rough.

It probably works for most people, the softness level and shock absorption. But there will always be people with special needs or comfort preferences that foam of any kind will not suit.
