There is NOTHING I do not like about it. It is comfortable, supportive, and cradling. No pressure points. It does NOT retain heat! Experienced a horrible hot flash last night and the mattress remained temperature neutral! I am so impressed and have already recommended to a friend.

The mattress we ordered is very comfortable. So much so that I am going to order another.
My daughter has one and reccommended you to us. I also convinced my neighbor to order one two days ago.
