Very easy, trouble free order - ordered on-line and was given tracking information for delivery almost immediately - delivery was quick - instructions with video sent immediately so there was no trouble setting up the mattress. The mattress is fantastic! I no longer wake up with a backache or leg pain. Only giving a 9 out 10 now because we are still in the trial period.
