Great delivery time, great prices, and my kids love their new mattresses. For me, as a larger mammal, I find the Tuft & Needle mattress a bit too soft and lacking any edge support. So my recommendation would depend entirely on what kind of mattress someone was looking for - if someone is looking for a medium foam mattress and doesn't sleep or sit on the edge I'd give Tuft & Needle a 10. If they are looking for something firmer with edge support I'd probably have to point them at an innerspring mattress like the Saatva. A rating of 7 overall seemed like a good compromise.

I was hoping it would be more firm. I’m also a little annoyed that you just released the new black mattress right after I bought the white one. I would have preferred a darker color over white.

We’ve had Tuft and Needle mattered for awhile and just bought one for our guest bed. We have been very happy with our first mattress and the price makes it even better.

The bed is much firmer than we thought. I had to spend extra on a temperpedic pad to soften.
