It's pretty good so far, but I'm still getting used to it and am not certain how long it will hold up. I've only had it a week or so!

Everything from start to finish was easy! In addition to that, I've been sleeping on the mattress for 5 nights and am getting used to the change and sleeping much better than before!

I really enjoyed the convenience and ease of delivery and setup. And the support and comfort --I love it! I would definitely recommend the Tuft and Needle to anyone :)
