The process was very easy and straightforward.
The bed is comfortable and I love the option of the 100 day trial period with return policy as an out, just in case for some reason the bed is not comfortable

It has almost been a month since I bought this full mattress. As of now, I have no problem and it is pretty comfortable. I will update my rating depending on how it goes in the future
