The mistress is better than what we had but not totally comfortable. Our backs are sore waking up. Still need to figure out if some sort of topper will help.

First let me say that my son purchased this bed from you and loves it which is why I purchased one. I am having some problems getting comfortable in bed. I use a fairly flat pillow but plan on purchasing a new one and see if that makes a difference. On a positive note my husband is very happy with this purchase.

Ease of ordering, delivery time, and instructions on how to unpack and set up the mattress safely were all great and very clear, and I think the mattress is very comfortable. The only reason I wouldn't say 10 is because the mattress is pretty firm (which I like) but might not be what others are looking for. Thank you!
