My chiropractor recommended Tuft & Needle. Haven't had it that long but so far so good. It was quite the experience watching it expand.

This seems like a high quality foam mattress. However, turns out I’m not a fan of fosm mattresses.

I believe it is a good bed, but it just depends on your body weight and comfort level. Unfortunately didn’t fit right with myself still too firm for my liking causing still too many pressure points. My back actually got worse pain then my regular bed before.
