comfortable, quality, and definitely feels good to have a mattress that has been getting rave reviews. so far a big fan and I've had it for about a month now. I'm a stomach and side sleeper and I feel like this bed is versatile for any kind of sleeper.

Not at all what we expected. For a medium firm mattress this was super soft and squishy, felt like a mattress topper.

Firm mattress but I need a topper to make it softer.

I wish I had gotten the double but it’s too late now. Overall the mattress is fine but I need to get a topper to make it softer.

I have the original model and it is totally different from the new one. You made the new one too soft, it's an inch thinner, and you more than doubled the price. These are all reasons why I donated my mattress and got my money back.

Based on customer feedback we did make the mattress a bit softer in late 2015. That being said, while we would deem anything within 1 inch of the specified dimensions to be in spec, the mattress should still measure at 10 inches. We switched to a queen mattress from you because the full wasn’t as big as the old mattress and didn’t fill out the frame! So, I really don’t know what the quality is like. We donated it to a single mom who needed it.
