The process was great. Very easy to work with and there was absolutely no smell. My roommate ordered a mattress in a box from another company at the same time and a chemical smell filled his room for a few days. The mattress is firmer than I was hoping, but hopefully it will soften up as its still in its first two weeks.

Great mattress and the purchase process is extremely easy. The only reason I did not give a 10 (yet) is the mattress seems to be a little firm for my taste and hoping it will settle in a little more as time goes by. I would still recommend this to anyone.
