The ease of ordering is great, but the mattress is really dependant on the user. I may be returning my mattress, and if I do, i would do another survey after that process.

Having a mattress show up at my apt door in a box is really convenient, and the price is fantastic. The mattress itself is very comfy and the whole experience has been much better than conventional mattress retailers.

Easy to order, cheaper than other similar companies, very comfortable so far. Just don't know about the long run yet.
