The process and delivery was flawless. The mattress is very comfortable. My issue is i have a sore lower back that is new and i think it may be due to a new firmer mattress. I'm 10 days in so willing to give it some more time.

I bought this bad for my brother. He loves it! He says he has great sleep every night that is super firm but not too hard. Super soft and comfortable for both him and his cat. Thank you so much for giving my brother is the best sleep of his life.

So far not loving the mattress. Way too firm for wife and a bit too firm for me. Height is also an issue compared to previous mattresses.

The price was the main thing but the information you put out about mattress why would you go and spend 3 or 4 thousand on other mattress we are very happy with the purchase thank you happy holidays to you and your company
