The ordering process was easy and the bed came on time as stated. There were no problems with the bed and it popped in to form just like the video showed. No weird smells and we slept great. Now as long as it stays this comfy it will be one of the best beds ever- fingers crossed!

Super easy to order, easy to set up, and super comfortable so far. I have only slept on it a couple of nights, but great so far.
