Takes about a week to get used to but very happy with it. Not waking up with back pain like we did on the old one Have already recommended it to several people

the ordering and delivery process was good. Mattress is comfortable and appears to be a good value but my trial period is not over yet. Mattress does retain heat.

After sleeping on a Tuft & Needle mattress while visiting family I knew I would purchase one soon for home. We purchased one prior to the Christmas season this year and I have already been sharing information about the company and referring people. We really enjoy this mattress.
